As a leading non-profit organization with offices in St. Paul, Minneapolis and Rochester (MN), we work together to develop the strengths within children, adults and families who are navigating life`s greatest challenges. We reduce disparities on the ground level, working to empower those who experience the most barriers to success. Every day, our work makes our community stronger through a unique family-centered approach that helps 40,000 Minnesotans put hope within reach and create a better life for themselves and their families.
