As a state-chartered non-member bank, the Bank is subject to regulation by the California Department of Financial Institutions (the “DFI”), and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (the “FDIC”). The Bank`s deposits are insured by the FDIC up to applicable legal limits.
