Atlas Power Limited is a joint venture between the Atlas Group and MAN Diesel & Turbo Germany. Atlas Power was established as a public (unlisted) company in 2007 as a power generation plant / project having gross capacity of 225MW under a 25 year agreement with National Transmission & Dispatch Company Limited ("NTDCL").
