UTC Climate, Controls and Security Systems is a climate, fire and security products and services provider and is a wholly owned subsidiary of United Technologies Corporation. UTC Fire and Security is a $5.5 billion company with 45,000 employees serving customers in 25 countries. UTC entered the fire and security industry in July 2003 with the acquisition of Chubb.
