FedNat Insurance Company

On September 27, 2022, FedNat Insurance Company ("FNIC") was placed into receivership by the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (OIR). The Florida Department of Financial Services (DFS) now has authority over FNICs operations; including bank accounts.
