We are now looking to recruit our Chief Technology Officer whose charter will be to lead our engineering and technology team, building phenomenal products that are driving significant positive change in healthcare and patient adherence.
This executive has proven and successful experience building and overseeing the development of SaaS software which have seen rapid scale, adoption and success. It is essential that this executive has built products from ground level/version 1.0 or at the very least built through a major re-platforming and/or significant repositioning and revision of an existing solution.
Key industry segments that would be the closest to the bullseye would be ones that contain a Business Intelligence & Data Analytic component.
It is an absolute requirement that this executive has experience in a growth stage company, ideally a venture backed environment where she/he must have driven hands on work, built and leveraged a lean team, and created great product in a capital conscious environment (knows how to do more with less and personally thrives in an entrepreneurial environment).

Engineering & Technical Strength: Unparalleled engineering leader who has tremendous technical knowledge and skills. Has a reputation for building scalable, highly successful software solutions. Is a hands on builder who will be close to the technology and individual team members in order to seamlessly drive execution and meet deliverables. Well versed in and has the ability to incorporate cutting-edge technologies.
Team-builder & Mentor: A magnet for talent; developers will be driven to work for her/him. Must be confident and possess strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills, and be a demonstrated leader and motivator of people. Ideally has knowledge about building teams internationally as well. Can serve as a close mentor to every member of the engineering team, giving them the tools and counsel to develop and maximize their professional tool kit and skill set.
Executive Presence & Collaboration: Works effectively across all functions to serve as the voice of technology within the organization. Has the ability to take and incorporate feedback from cross-functional teams (e.g. regulatory, UX etc) Able to play a key role on the executive team as an engineering executive as well as a business executive, and to be an effective communicator within the company and with the BOD.
Growth Mentality: This executive should have a proven track record scaling businesses and understand the unique dynamics of emerging growth companies. Must be comfortable in a start-up.
Hands-on builder: This executive must possess a roll-up-the-sleeves work ethic and be close enough to the technology and the individual contributors that he/she will be able to lead the technology strategy and execution effectively.
Product sensibilities: Although this CTO is not a Product Manager herself/himself and not tasked with creating the Product Roadmap, she/he must have the product sensibilities to clearly contribute to the overall discussion of product direction and most importantly, be able to take the AiCure product road map and drive seamless engineering execution.
Passionate/Mission based: Driven by an unquenchable passion for the success and mission of AiCure and has a personal desire/dedication to changing the status quo in healthcare. Ravenous pursuit of success and value creation. Will put in the requisite amount of time and effort to that end.
