Craig Roy has twenty-two years of Information Technology experience. Mr. Roy started his career at Wang Laboratories in Lowell Massachusetts after graduating from DeVry Technical Institute. Day to day duties include, computer support for over 1000 employees, constant interaction with the operational divisions, and developing new strategies for enhancing Customer Service via the use of electronic and on-line system services.
