ATK provides rig moving and other specialized transportation services to exploration, development and production companies operating in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin and in the Permian Basin of Texas. The Company was incorporated in 2010 to better serve the oil and gas industry’s rig moving needs in Western Canada. In 2013, ATK incorporated its U.S. subsidiary, ATK Oilfield Transportation (USA) Inc. and in 2014 commenced operations in Midland, Texas. In Canada today, ATK has operating divisions in Drayton Valley, Edson, and Grande Prairie, Alberta; and Fort Nelson and Wonowon, B.C., and 11 strategically located rack sites throughout B.C. and Alberta.
