Most of our projects are self-financed and over the last 25 years we have invested on average $500 MUSD of Skanska capital annually. In the last five years we have invested $3 billion of Skanska capital in new ground-up speculative buildings in nine countries and we have delivered 11 million square feet of mainly class A sustainable office buildings.
