Intact Public Entities is a Managing General Agent (MGA) with the authority to write and service business on behalf of strategic partners who share our commitment and dedication to protecting specialized organizations. Because our partners are long-term participants on our program, they understand the nature of fluctuating market conditions and complex claims and are prepared to stay the course. Coast2Coast HR, LLC specializes in helping organizations with leadership development, leader coaching, group training, investigations, policy review, handbooks, recruitment services, and working with HR teams to better align them to business expectations. We also work directly with HR departments to help them meet their expectations. Our senior-level team members assess the current state of the department, make recommendations to address concerns, and take action on the approved plan. Once the department meets its goals, we can recruit a replacement if required, and the contract will be complete. Our estimated timelines are 6 to 12 months.
