The Circle Health Services community health center, located at 12201 Euclid Avenue, is a 34,000 sq. ft. facility equipped with 18 examination rooms, five dental chairs, multiple group and individual therapy rooms, and an in-house pharmaceutical dispensary. The health center offers Adult and Pediatric Primary Care, a Teen/Reproductive Health Clinic, Dental Services, Behavioral Health Clinic, HIV Services, Dental Services, and Project DAWN (Deaths Avoided with Naloxone). Circle Health also operates a mobile syringe exchange program. Today, through its affiliation with The Centers for Families and Children, Circle Health operates under a shared leadership structure, which allows the organizations integrate behind-the-scenes administrative and operational support work and provide employees of both organizations access to the same benefits and professional development.
