Description This position is responsible for overseeing all technology aspects of the company, working with the CEO and Executive Management to develop 2M`s technology vision. The CTO will lead the development of the technology strategy with an objective to drive growth and facilitate the introduction of new innovative client solutions. The CTO will also ensure that technology and architectural road maps are aligned with and support the company`s business plans, and will manage all activities related to the design of new technologies and products, as well as direct all IT employees to meet deliverables, quality, and performance objectives.

Responsibilities:
•Establish the technical strategy and lead all aspects of the execution of the organization`s technological objectives.
•Advise department heads of technologies that may improve efficiency and effectiveness.
•Conduct research and case studies on leading edge technologies, and make determinations on technology performance and implementation probability.
•Lead the transition of offerings from concept to solutions, and direct the end-to-end delivery.
•Select and manage outside vendor relationships for all technology utilized or outsourced by the company.
•Communicate the company`s technology strategy to investors, management, staff, partners, customers, and stakeholders.
•Establish various IT processes, such as governance, quality assurance, risk management, and compliance.
•Ensure control of IT departmental budgets.
